This Privacy Policy pertains to the way we handle Personal Information that we obtain when you use or access our Services. However, it does not cover the practices of entities that we do not own or control, or individuals whom we do not manage. The term "Personal Information" refers to any data that identifies or pertains to a particular person, and also includes information that is considered "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" under relevant data privacy legislation. This Policy is only applicable to Personal Data that we collect from you directly or through other channels. Please note that if you have opted out of receiving legal notice emails from us (or have not provided us with your email address), you are still responsible for reviewing and comprehending these legal notices, which govern your use of the Services.     We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may send you promotional email offers for SALADI products and on behalf of other businesses that we work with, or email you about your use of the Services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our services. DE-IDENTIFIED INFORMATION
SALADI may convert your Personal Information into de-identified information to protect your anonymity, and may provide this information and/or aggregate usage data to service providers or other entities we collaborate with. These service providers and other entities may also supply us with independently developed or acquired aggregate de-identified information. Furthermore, we may combine aggregate usage information from pixel tags, web beacons, and cookies with similar data collected from other visitors to improve our Services. However, this de-identified information cannot be traced back to you.
 

AFFILIATED BUSINESSES
Under certain circumstances, businesses or third parties we are affiliated with may sell or offer products or services to you through or in association with the Services (either alone or jointly with us). We collaborate with advertisers and/or merchant partners ("Advertisers") to promote SALADI and its partners' products and services, and you agree that we may provide information (such as email addresses, cookies, and IP addresses for online advertising and your name and address for physical mailers) to our Advertisers to enable them to select the appropriate audience for their advertisements and/or offers.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf, and may need to share your information with them to provide you with products or services; for example, third-party analytics companies help us understand and improve our Services, and we may use a payment processing company to receive and process your credit card transactions on our behalf.
